Who Did It Better: "Push It" Edition...

Last year when glee took on Salt-n-Pepa's "Push It", first on-screen and then on-stage, it was somewhat scandalous. After all, they were supposed to be high school kids, performing in front of other high school kids (and their teachers-- gross!). But for some, it was just plain brilliant: taking an old, somewhat out-dated song and making it cool again for teenagers to sing and dance to. They re-energized the track, but it still seemed like it would be the last we'd see for it. Until last night.

NBC's Chuck featured the rockin' musical stylings of Jeffster pumping "Push It" through the hospital corridors with a live rendition meant to inspire Ellie to "push" her daughter out into the world. They wheeled in their own amps and danced around the waiting room, much to the other patients' equal shock and horror...but for very different reasons. In an episode entitled "Chuck vs the Push Mix," it just seems perfectly fitting, looking back, that this song make an appearance. And if it was going to, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way than with a Jeffster performance!

But now I pose to you: which show took on the track better??
