From LA Examiner: TNT and TBS Upfront Announcements...

"TNT developing 10 new scripted dramas, including new from John Wells"

TNT is holding their upfront ceremony for advertisers this morning and in addition to reminding everyone about their great upcoming summer shows such as Franklin & Bash and Falling Skies, they have announced they are developing a number of new ones. In order to hold onto their tagline of "knowing drama," they are continuing their work with John Wells on another new (currently untitled) program, and they are also teaming up with the likes of Eric Garcia, Mitch Albom, the producers behind C.S.I., Jay Cocks, Shaun Cassidy, and usually-funny-lady Kimberly Williams-Paisley. "Conan, Breckin Meyer & Mike O'Malley developing new comedies for TBS"

TBS is expanding. Not only are they in the market for some new, hopefully not irreverent comedies, but they seem to be hand-selecting talent from the best across other networks.
