The first few episodes of The L.A. Complex have just been heating up here in America, but the cast and crew are already deep into shooting the next batch (of thirteen this time). Though being treated as a continuation of the first (six episodes) season, there was some debate as to when The CW would air them. Amy Sherman-Palladino is back to doing what she does best with her new ABC Family drama, Bunheads. Set in a sleepy, small town (so small they don’t even have a movie theater), Bunheads follows a fast-talking young dancer (Sutton Foster) as she drunkenly marries in Vegas and moves to her new husband’s (Alan Ruck) oceanview home to try to start a life as…well, she doesn’t really know what because she left so abruptly, she didn’t even pack a suitcase.
