Watch 'Arrow' and WIN!...

It's no secret that Arrow came and took me completely by surprise. As someone who didn't grow up with comic book heroes and villains (unless you count Archie and Reggie, which I have been told, emphatically, no one does), it was Stephen Amell who sold me on this modern day superhero who wants to do good and save Starling City but has a reactionary darkness deep within him that threatens some of his intentions.

Arrow was one of my favorite pilots of Fall 2012, and judging from the record premiere ratings, many of you probably feel the same way. I don't know about you, but I want to see this show-- and Amell-- stick around my TV for a lot longer, so in order to entice you all to tune into episode two, "Honor Thy Father," I have collected some cool swag from The CW to giveaway to a few lucky readers.

Here's what I have: Arrow hoodies (though sadly not green ones), Arrow #1 issue comic books (the ones handed out at NYCC this past weekend), and a special Arrow surprise (no, it is not a mold of Amell's abs).

The hoodies are unisex charcoal gray, zip-up hoodies with the title of the show over the left breast and the "Destiny leaves its mark" tag on the back, underneath a crest.

The goodies are being split up into two swag packages consisting of a hoodie and a comic book each and one "grand prize" of the hoodie, comic book, and special surprise. In order to win one of the two regular packages, all you have to do is leave a comment below and/or Tweet me with what has you hooked on Arrow already. Check out this new trailer from some extra inspiration:

You have until Wednesday, October 17th at 8 p.m. PT (the new episode airing) to submit, and you can submit as many times as you want. The only stipulation is you must be in the U.S. or Canada to win.

However, in order to win the grand prize package, you must watch Arrow when it airs on Wednesday the 17th at 8 p.m. During the west coast airing, I will pose a trivia question. Everyone who gets it right before the end of the episode will be entered to win.

Arrow is by far my fave pilot to come out of this season. I've been giddy about it ever since they were casting the pilot.
