From LA Examiner: 'Boston's Finest', 'Parks and Recreation', 'Nikita', and 'The Carrie Diaries' Renewed...



It's a good thing Donnie Wahlberg genuinely seems to like to stay busy because things won't be slowing down for him anytime soon. TNT has renewed his executive produced reality docu-series, Boston's Finest today... [MORE]





The fifth season of NBC's Parks and Recreation ended with Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) asking that the city of Pawnee consider if they were better off now, with her on the City Council, than they were a year earlier. It was a question she never explicitly posed to herself, though, despite seeming to get more frustrated than we ever could have expected she would with local politics. Perhaps it is a question she doesn't need to ask herself because she knows that with minor setbacks come major binder brainstorms and new town events to plan. Or perhaps it is a story better left explored in earnest during a new season, rather than tacked onto the end of one, leaving a cliffhanger if all she has really worked towards is something she'll end up walking away from. Regardless of the answer, we will get to see how it all plays out because thankfully NBC has renewed Parks and Recreation for a sixth season! ... [MORE]
